Honest & Quality Corp. was founded in 2005 by President Kinnam John Han and brings over 20 years of construction experience across residential, commercial, and public sector projects. Over the years, the company has completed more than 50 major construction and development projects—and counting—along with numerous building improvements and renovation projects throughout New York City.

Honest & Quality Corp. is a full-service general contracting and development firm specializing in new commercial and residential construction, renovations, and government projects. Our portfolio includes projects ranging in value from $100,000 to $8,500,000, reflecting our ability to manage both mid-scale and large-scale developments.

From ground-up construction to complex renovations and interior build-outs, our team provides comprehensive construction services tailored to each project. We offer a full range of services including architectural and engineering coordination, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, mechanical, plumbing, electrical systems, and construction management.
